Becoming a bridge between Earth & cosmos.
Remember how to sense the world through your body, rather than your mind.
You’ll learn to hear the subtle intelligence of plants, landforms, water and sky. And you’ll experience what it feels like to be held, guided and supported by the living world around you.
A reawakening of the instincts, capacities and ways of knowing that have always been yours.
Across seven days, you’ll move through nine core practices, each designed to awaken a different layer of connection.

Her work emerged from a deep relationship with the natural world and a devotion to ways of knowing that are felt and lived. Her approach is somatic, intuitive, and relational, shaped by years of guiding movement, meditation, and embodied inquiry. Rather than teaching techniques to master, she guides participants into receptivity, trust, and attunement through practices rooted in slowness, silence, and presence.
Rooted in respect for land and ancient ways of knowing, she has studied permaculture and regenerative systems and is the architect and designer of the Luxor retreat space. Blending traditional Egyptian forms with modern minimalism, she shapes environments of light, stillness, and care that support the deeper work unfolding within the container.
This setting is intentional. It’s a field where deep listening happens naturally.
The overall atmosphere is simple, elegant, and contemplative, a place designed to support rest, presence, and attunement to place.
Modern life pulls us off rhythm.
Into speed.
Into overstimulation.
Into disconnection from ourselves and the land that holds us.
Many of us are longing for:
Sensing Place is a doorway back into all of that. It’s a chance to step away from the noise and let the land recalibrate you. To reconnect with the world as a living, intelligent presence. To restore the relationship that supported your ancestors for thousands of years.
Each day follows a similar arc, but no two days are the same. We move with light, heat, breath and land energy rather than the clock.
Guests will stay in a thoughtfully designed retreat space inspired by traditional Nubian dome architecture, native to Egypt, reimagined through a modern, minimalist lens. The spaces are light-filled, airy, and intentionally quiet. We have four separate spaces, some solo, some shared.
Nourishment as ceremony — meals are part of the practice.
Throughout the retreat, you’ll enjoy a wholefood, plant-based menu, prepared with local, organic ingredients whenever possible. Meals are shared slowly, as moments of communion rather than consumption.
